David A. Kushner for his election as a partner with Willcox Savage. Kushner practices in the firm’s Labor and Employment group. He has recently been selected as a Virginia Legal Elite Top Lawyer Under 40, Benchmark Litigation Future Star and Virginia Super Lawyers Rising Star.

Kushner graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2005. He received a B.A. from the University of Virginia in 2002. He is married to Nichole and is a member of Ohef Sholom Temple.
