Norfolk — Allan Mark Cogan, 66, passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2015 in a local hospital.
He was the former co-proprietor of Cogan’s in Ghent. Born in Norfolk, he was the son of the late Eulis and Pauline Cogan. Allan graduated from Maury High School in 1966 and attended O.D.U. Allan always “did it his way”
He is survived by his brother, Carl B. Cogan of Norfolk and a number of cousins.
