Distribute: Friday, Nov. 20, 10 am – 12 pm, Sandler Family Campus
This Thanksgiving, Jewish Family Service is providing holiday grocery bags to 300 local families in need. Each family will receive a frozen turkey or chicken alongside all the traditional favorites, from stuffing and gravy to cornbread and pie.
JFS invites NADIV and the NextGen community to help pack and distribute these meals. Pick a shift (or join both) to make a hands-on impact this holiday season.
- Packing Day: Help assemble and fill the holiday grocery bags. After packing, NextGen will meet in Town Center to celebrate a job well done. Come for the mitzvah, stay for the drinks and good company. The social portion of the evening will take place immediately following Packing Day around 7 pm. Location will be announced after registration.
- Food Giveaway: Help distribute the meals directly to families.
