Baltimore, Md.—Phyllis K. Belkov, 83, of Baltimore, Md., passed away on Saturday, November 27, 2021.
She is survived by her beloved son, Cory (Terri) Belkov, and grandchildren, Michael and John Belkov. Phyllis was predeceased by her brother, Dr. Barry M. Katz: and parents Esther and Max Katz.
