Virginia Beach—Evelyn S. Brand, 90, died Sunday July 29, 2012.
She was a devoted member of the Jewish communities of Middletown Connecticut and Tidewater.
She and her husband, Emil were active participants in The Holocaust Commission of United Jewish Federation of Tidewater.
