Celebrating JFS Employees
Each year since 1982, Jewish Family Service of Tidewater has recognized and honored a Home Health Care Employee of the Year. This year, Tanesha Davis, CNA, was given the honor at JFS’ annual Employee Appreciation Dinner.
As a high school student, Davis volunteered at Lake Taylor Transitional Care, and in 2010, graduated from Tidewater Community College as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She came to JFS in 2011. Davis not only works as a CNA, caring for JFS’ home health clients, but also helps out in the office.
Jan Ganderson, director of nursing, said, “Tanesha is always willing to lend a helping hand and does so with a smile on her face.”
