Jewish Family Service of Tidewater hosted a Major Donor Reception on Thursday, May 10 at the Simon Family JCC to thank its donors for their support and generosity during the past year.

Community leaders convened for a short program led by Betty Ann Levin, JFS executive director and Philip Rovner, president and CEO of the Tidewater Jewish Foundation. Miriam Seeherman also read a poignant letter of thanks from one of JFS’ home health clients.

“We wanted to take the opportunity to show our appreciation to our donors and supporters,” says Betty Ann Levin. “Without their support, JFS wouldn’t be able to meet our community’s needs and provide the services we offer at their current level.”

In addition to the program, guests socialized, enjoyed beverages and hors d’oeuvres and learned more about the current programs and projects of Jewish Family Service of Tidewater.
