Wednesday, May 22, 1 pm Cypress Point Golf Course
Golfing buddies are about to have an opportunity to swing their clubs together for a fantastic cause – Ohef Sholom Temple. The Ohef Sholom Temple Kiddush Cup promises an afternoon of fun golfing, an upbeat reception featuring the music of Lewis McGee, and a way to raise much needed funds for the temple’s programming.
Ohef Sholom’s major fundraiser for 2024, the Kiddush Cup will take place at Cypress Point Golf Course in Virginia Beach. Registration begins at 11:30 am with a shot gun start at 1 pm. Golfers will receive specially prepared box lunches from No Frill Grill and have plenty of chances to win prizes. The reception on the “19th hole” will be an opportunity to celebrate the winners and will be open to sponsors and donors (at specified levels) – so even those who don’t golf will be able to toast the players and join in the merriment.
To register to be a player or a donor to attend the reception, go to ohefsholom.org or call 757-625-4295.
